Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing your items for shipment.

  • Personalized candles may require additional processing time. If so, this will be noted on the product page.

  • During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using USPS, FedEx, or other courier services.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and seasonal delays.

  • Other shipping methods or carriers may be available at checkout.

  • Customers may request a specific courier (such as FedEx) when available.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within USA. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Fragile Items

Many of our products—such as candles, glass soap dispensers, reed diffusers, and crystal feng shui trees—are fragile. We take extra care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. However, once an order is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping provider.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
