Thank you for your purchase! Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Policy
Because many of our items are handmade, fragile, or personalized, all sales are considered final, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on item availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom-made candles

Used or opened items

Candles that have been burned

Reed diffusers that have been opened or used

Crystal or glass items damaged after delivery
Returns (If Approved)
If a return is approved:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Orders
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for undeliverable packages due to address errors.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before shipment. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
